Membership

Membership of the group is great value and gives you access to the clubhouse for social and flight planning use, enables you to hire our aeroplanes or continue your training beyond a trial lesson. The group currently has around 100 members and various social events and flying competitions are held during the year.

The clubhouse offers the following facilities:

- An excellent location and view of the airfield
- Tea/Coffee making facilities
- Internet access for flight briefing, weather information, and aircraft booking
- A library of aviation books and manuals
- A flight simulator for practice use
- Ample space for teaching and social use

Subscriptions are payable on 1st April each year. If, however, you join the club in during the year, you simply pay pro-rata for the remaining months.

Membership is £100 per year, subject to change.

There is also a one-off joining fee of £50 when you make your application.
